Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare program performance metrics and compliance data
- Develop policy recommendations for Medicaid and Medicare initiatives
- Coordinate with state agencies and community stakeholders
- Prepare comprehensive reports for congressional briefings
- Manage grant allocation processes for regional healthcare providers

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of federal or state government experience
- Proficiency in healthcare data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, SAS)
- Knowledge of CMS regulations and healthcare compliance standards
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance
- Experience with federal grant management systems (e.g., Grants.gov)
