Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare program performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop comprehensive program evaluation reports for congressional stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives to optimize service delivery efficiency
- Prepare budget proposals and track financial expenditures
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Conduct stakeholder briefings and present findings to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and OMB guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Policy, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal government program experience
- Proficiency in federal budgeting systems (e.g., MAX, Deltek)
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization expertise (Tableau/Power BI)
- Active security clearance eligibility (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of HHS program regulations (42 CFR, 45 CFR)
- Experience with federal grant management lifecycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
