Responsibilities
- Analyze program metrics and performance data to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Coordinate with stakeholders to implement program enhancements
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and reporting requirements
- Manage budgets and financial tracking for assigned programs
- Conduct research on best practices in veteran service delivery
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize program systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of program analysis experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL)
- Knowledge of federal procurement and grant management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Experience with veterans' affairs programs preferred
- US citizenship required
