Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare program performance metrics and compliance data
- Develop and implement program improvement strategies for Medicaid and Medicare initiatives
- Collaborate with state agencies to ensure regulatory alignment and efficient program delivery
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Manage grant allocation processes and monitor vendor performance
- Conduct policy research and recommend evidence-based program enhancements
- Serve as primary liaison between federal offices and Kansas healthcare providers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Policy, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal/state government program management
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or SAS)
- Knowledge of CMS regulations and healthcare compliance frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
