Responsibilities
- Develop and implement veteran benefit programs aligned with federal regulations
- Analyze program performance data to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with VA policies and federal guidelines
- Manage stakeholder relationships including veteran advocacy groups
- Lead process improvement initiatives for veteran support systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of federal program management experience
- Expert knowledge of VA regulations and federal procurement processes
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Project management certification (PMP) preferred
- Experience with veteran service organizations highly valued
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
