Responsibilities
- Analyze federal grant programs and evaluate compliance with HHS regulations
- Develop data-driven recommendations for program improvements and policy reforms
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to streamline healthcare initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in federal program analysis or healthcare policy
- Expertise in OMB Circular A-122 and federal grant management systems
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Active Security Clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Strong analytical writing skills with policy recommendation experience
