Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of federal grant programs and ensure strict compliance with all federal regulations and guidelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and local agencies to meet strategic objectives and deliver results.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for federal oversight committees and executive leadership.
- Manage stakeholder communications and maintain professional relationships with internal and external partners.
- Conduct regular audits and internal reviews to ensure adherence to policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in federal or state government project management.
- Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and federal case management software systems.
