Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop and implement program improvement strategies using data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate federal initiatives across multiple states
- Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Monitor program performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
- Manage grant allocations and budget compliance for regional healthcare initiatives
- Serve as primary liaison between federal agencies and state health departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Policy, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal program analysis or public sector roles
- Demonstrated knowledge of HHS regulations and federal procurement processes
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or SAS)
