Responsibilities
- Analyze program performance metrics and recommend operational improvements
- Develop comprehensive reports for senior leadership on homeland security initiatives

- Manage program budgets exceeding $5M with strict compliance requirements
- Implement new policies aligned with federal regulations and agency directives

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (mandatory for federal positions)
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- GS-11 level equivalency (or higher) demonstrated in previous roles
- Proficiency in federal budgeting systems (e.g., MAX, Deltek)
- Secret clearance (must obtain within 90 days of hire)
- Experience with DHS-specific regulations (CFR Title 6, 8, etc.)
