Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily operations for assigned federal contracts, ensuring all deliverables meet agency standards.
- Monitor and maintain strict compliance with federal regulations, OMB guidelines, and internal policies.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports, briefings, and documentation to stakeholders on a weekly basis.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inter-agency communications and client relationship management.
- Review and process payroll-related requests to ensure timely and accurate weekly disbursements.
- Conduct internal audits to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in federal contracting, government administration, or program coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict attention to detail and deadlines.
