Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee federal program implementation across multiple agencies
- Manage budgets exceeding $5M with strict compliance requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives
- Prepare detailed reports for congressional oversight and executive leadership
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations and procurement policies
- Lead stakeholder engagement with state/local government partners
- Conduct program evaluations and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years federal government program management experience
- GS-12/GS-13 level or equivalent private sector experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in federal budgeting and grant management systems
- Expertise in compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
