Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee federal program execution in compliance with OMB and agency regulations
- Develop strategic program budgets and ensure fiscal accountability
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and federal stakeholders
- Monitor program performance metrics and prepare executive reports
- Ensure compliance with federal procurement and contracting standards
- Lead process improvement initiatives for program efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., MAX.gov)
- Strong analytical skills with budgetary experience
- Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR)
- U.S. citizenship required
