Responsibilities
- Oversee federal healthcare program implementation and compliance with VA regulations
- Analyze program performance data and prepare quarterly impact reports
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives with Philadelphia-area partners
- Manage $2M+ annual budgets and procurement processes
- Develop policy recommendations to improve veteran services delivery
- Lead stakeholder engagement with community organizations
- Ensure adherence to federal auditing and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- GS-11 or equivalent status in federal service
- Proficiency in federal budgeting and procurement systems
- VA-specific certification or training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
