Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee implementation of federal program initiatives
- Manage budgets exceeding $2M with strict fiscal accountability
- Coordinate cross-agency partnerships and stakeholder engagement
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend regulatory changes
- Lead teams of 5-7 federal employees and contractors
- Prepare congressional reports and testimony materials

Qualifications
- 5+ years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Master's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Proficiency in federal budgeting systems (e.g., MAX)
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
- Experience managing grants and cooperative agreements
- Strong analytical and legislative writing skills
- US citizenship required
