Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant programs with budgets exceeding $5M
- Coordinate with state/local agencies to implement health initiatives
- Develop program evaluation frameworks and compliance reports
- Leverage data analytics to optimize program performance
- Represent the agency at intergovernmental meetings
- Oversee cross-functional teams of specialists and contractors
- Ensure strict adherence to OMB and federal procurement guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare, or related field
- 5+ years federal program management experience
- Expert knowledge of federal grant management (CFDA, OMB Circulars)
- Proven track record with state/local government collaboration
- Strong quantitative analysis and reporting skills
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with Gantt chart development and project management software
