Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program strategies aligned with HHS mission objectives
- Analyze complex policy data and prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives to optimize resource allocation
- Monitor program compliance with federal regulations and reporting requirements
- Conduct stakeholder engagement with local government partners and community organizations
- Manage program budgets and ensure fiscal accountability
- Train staff on federal policy updates and procedural changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Health Policy, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Expert knowledge of federal grant administration and procurement processes
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau)
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with policy writing experience
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- U.S. citizenship required
