Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program initiatives supporting veterans' healthcare access
- Analyze program performance metrics and prepare compliance reports
- Coordinate with community partners and veteran service organizations
- Manage grant applications and funding allocations
- Conduct outreach to underserved veteran populations
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations (VA, OMB, GAO)
- Train staff on program policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Knowledge of VA regulations and veteran benefits systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, SQL)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Valid U.S. driver's license and clean record
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Experience with federal grant management systems
