Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee complex federal defense programs ensuring compliance with DoD regulations and procurement standards
- Coordinate interagency partnerships to streamline program execution and resource allocation
- Develop comprehensive program documentation including budgets, timelines, and risk assessments
- Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven optimization strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing high-stakes government contracts
- Conduct stakeholder briefings to senior leadership and congressional committees
- Ensure adherence to federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) and security protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience with DoD or similar agency
- Expert knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and briefing skills
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and complex timelines
- Experience with Gantt charts, risk matrices, and performance dashboards
