Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement federal veteran benefit programs across North Florida
- Analyze program performance metrics and prepare compliance reports for OMB review
- Collaborate with congressional offices and community stakeholders on veteran outreach initiatives
- Manage grant applications and ensure adherence to federal procurement regulations
- Develop training materials for VA staff on program policy updates
- Conduct site visits to partner organizations to ensure service quality standards
- Represent the agency at regional veteran events and public forums
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Proficiency with federal grant management systems (e.g., GSA Advantage)
- Knowledge of OMB Circulars and federal procurement regulations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with veteran service organizations preferred
