Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant programs for infrastructure resilience projects
- Coordinate with local/state agencies on emergency preparedness initiatives
- Analyze data to assess regional vulnerability and mitigation strategies
- Prepare comprehensive reports for congressional stakeholders
- Develop training materials for community resilience programs
- Monitor compliance with federal regulations and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on disaster response planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of federal or public sector experience
- Strong knowledge of FEMA/DHS grant management protocols
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, GIS preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
