Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant programs supporting conservation initiatives
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend regulatory changes
- Coordinate interagency projects with state/local partners

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science/Policy/Public Administration
- 2+ years federal grant management experience
- GS-7 level or equivalent federal service
- Proficient in federal budgeting systems (e.g., MAX)
- Security clearance eligibility required
- Advanced analytical and report-writing skills
