Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer federal veteran benefit programs with precision and compliance
- Analyze program performance data and recommend operational improvements
- Liaise with federal agencies, community partners, and veteran stakeholders
- Develop detailed reports for congressional inquiries and agency leadership
- Manage grant allocations and ensure adherence to federal regulations
- Train staff on policy updates and procedural changes
- Represent the VA at community outreach events and veteran forums
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal program administration or healthcare coordination
- Proficiency with federal compliance requirements (FAR, DFARS, VA directives)
- Advanced analytical skills with data interpretation and reporting
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Experience with veteran healthcare systems preferred
