Responsibilities
- Analyze and implement federal policies and regulations for program compliance
- Manage grant allocations and oversee program budgets ($500K+ annually)
- Coordinate with state/local agencies and community stakeholders
- Prepare comprehensive reports and policy recommendations for leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives
- Monitor program performance metrics and ensure deliverables

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal or government program experience
