Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of federal, state, or local government experience
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Advanced proficiency in federal grant management systems
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in intergovernmental collaboration
