Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize federal program implementation in compliance with VA regulations
- Analyze program data to identify efficiency improvements and impact metrics
- Coordinate cross-agency partnerships to enhance service delivery
- Develop comprehensive program documentation and compliance reports
- Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives with veterans and community partners
- Monitor program budgets and ensure adherence to federal spending guidelines
- Mentor junior staff on federal procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Expert knowledge of federal regulations (FAR, CFR) and procurement processes
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder presentations
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
