Responsibilities
- Oversee federal program implementation and compliance across Northern California
- Coordinate inter-agency operations with DHS, FEMA, and state emergency management
- Analyze program performance metrics and prepare executive reports
- Develop and maintain critical infrastructure security protocols
- Manage grant allocation and budget execution for federal initiatives
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Train state/local partners on federal compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Homeland Security, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., SAM.gov)
- Strong analytical and report writing capabilities
- Experience with intergovernmental coordination
- Knowledge of NIMS and NFPA standards
- Valid California driver's license
