Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal/state/local government experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- Proficient in federal grant management systems
- Knowledge of VA/FEMA program requirements
- Experience with GSA Schedule contracts
- Valid driver's license
