Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical public infrastructure systems during overnight hours
- Respond to emergency dispatches and coordinate with law enforcement/fire departments
- Conduct routine facility inspections and safety compliance checks
- Process administrative reports and documentation with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service continuity
- Implement emergency response protocols during off-peak hours
- Utilize GIS mapping systems for resource allocation
Qualifications
- US citizenship and valid Arizona driver's license
- Minimum 2 years experience in government or public sector roles
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and emergency response software
- Strong communication skills for high-pressure situations
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
