Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal healthcare policy initiatives aligned with HHS strategic goals
- Analyze program performance metrics and prepare comprehensive impact reports for senior leadership
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement with state agencies, non-profits, and community organizations
- Manage grant application processes and ensure regulatory compliance for funded programs
- Lead public outreach campaigns to educate communities on federal health services
- Conduct program evaluations and recommend evidence-based improvements
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in federal program management or healthcare policy
- Proficiency with federal grant management systems (e.g., GSA Advantage)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in policy impact assessment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with diverse community stakeholders
