Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program performance metrics and recommend operational improvements
- Coordinate interagency communications between federal, state, and local partners
- Develop comprehensive program reports for senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Conduct policy research and impact assessments for emerging initiatives
- Facilitate community outreach and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Monitor legislative changes and adapt program strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of federal program management or policy analysis experience
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement regulations and grant management
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau) and reporting software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to diverse audiences
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Experience with intergovernmental coordination and stakeholder management
