Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program strategies to enhance service delivery to veterans
- Analyze complex regulations and compliance requirements for program execution
- Coordinate interagency collaborations to optimize resource allocation
- Prepare comprehensive reports and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership
- Manage stakeholder relationships including government agencies, veterans' organizations, and community partners
- Monitor program performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure all operations adhere to federal procurement and financial regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of federal program management or equivalent public sector experience
- Expertise in federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific guidelines)
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, or SAS)
- Strong project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Proven track record of cross-functional team leadership
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
