Responsibilities

- Mentor junior staff on federal regulations and procedures

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expertise in VA benefits systems and regulations
- Advanced data analysis skills with Excel/SPSS
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven project management certification (PMP preferred)
