Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program strategies aligned with departmental objectives
- Analyze complex policy issues and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Manage program budgets exceeding $5M with rigorous financial oversight
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for operational challenges
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for congressional stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff and facilitate interdepartmental collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of federal government or program management experience
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR) and grant management
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, or similar)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of managing complex multi-year projects
