Responsibilities
- Design and implement veteran healthcare program initiatives aligned with federal regulations
- Analyze complex program data to optimize service delivery and veteran outcomes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across VA facilities in the Great Lakes region
- Develop comprehensive program reports for congressional stakeholders
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets with strict federal compliance standards
- Lead community outreach to enhance veteran service accessibility
- Monitor program performance metrics and recommend strategic improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Expertise in VA regulations and healthcare compliance frameworks
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in federal reporting tools
- Strong stakeholder management and inter-agency coordination abilities
- Professional certification in Federal Program Management (preferred)
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
