Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program strategies aligned with VA mission objectives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of federal program management or government contracting experience
- Proficiency with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and grant management systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with veterans' affairs or public sector programs
