Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant programs and compliance for Pennsylvania-based initiatives
- Analyze policy impacts and prepare detailed reports for congressional stakeholders
- Coordinate with state agencies to implement federal healthcare programs
- Conduct program evaluations and recommend operational improvements
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve federal objectives
- Ensure adherence to OMB and federal procurement regulations
- Represent agency at state-level policy forums and community meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of federal program management experience
- Expert knowledge of OMB Circulars and federal grant compliance
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $1M
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Clearances: Ability to obtain Public Trust or Secret clearance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in federal reporting systems (e.g., MAX.gov)
