- Manage program budgets exceeding $5M with rigorous fiscal oversight
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and mitigation planning
- Prepare congressional briefings and executive-level progress reports
- Mentor junior staff on federal compliance protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Expertise in OMB Circular A-123 and federal procurement regulations
- Advanced proficiency in federal budgeting systems (e.g., MAX)
- Superior analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
