Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal grant programs supporting public health initiatives
- Analyze policy impacts and prepare compliance reports for congressional oversight
- Coordinate with state/local agencies and community stakeholders
- Manage program budgets exceeding $5M with rigorous federal accounting standards
- Conduct program evaluations and recommend operational improvements
- Prepare executive briefings for senior leadership
- Ensure adherence to all federal regulations and OMB guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Expert knowledge of OMB Circulars and federal procurement regulations
- Advanced proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., GSA Advantage)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making
- Active federal security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with healthcare policy implementation preferred
- US citizenship required
