Responsibilities
- Coordinate federal emergency response programs across Western Washington region
- Analyze operational data to optimize program efficiency and resource allocation
- Liaise with local government agencies and community stakeholders
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior leadership
- Implement federal compliance protocols for program activities
- Manage grant-funded projects and track deliverables
- Support crisis response initiatives during high-priority situations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- 3+ years experience in government operations or program management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Ability to obtain federal background clearance within 30 days
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
- Experience with emergency response protocols preferred
- Valid Washington State driver's license
