Responsibilities
- Coordinate veteran benefit programs and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Analyze complex case files and recommend appropriate benefit determinations
- Collaborate with interagency partners to resolve veteran service issues
- Develop and implement process improvements for veteran support systems
- Conduct outreach to underserved veteran communities
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff and stakeholders
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years federal program experience
- Proficiency in VA systems (e.g., VBMS, VBA)
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with veteran services preferred
