Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee federal grant programs supporting public health initiatives
- Analyze program data and prepare detailed compliance reports for federal agencies
- Coordinate with state/local health departments to implement health equity programs
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with community organizations
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations (OMB, OMB, HHS guidelines)
- Support budget administration and financial reporting for assigned programs
- Conduct site visits and program evaluations to assess effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal program management or grants administration
- Proficiency with federal compliance reporting systems (e.g., MAX, GSA)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Experience with health equity initiatives preferred
- Knowledge of Baltimore-area health systems a plus
