Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate federal healthcare programs for veterans in the Tampa Bay region
- Analyze program performance data and implement process improvements
- Liaise with VA medical centers, community partners, and veteran advocacy groups
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation for federal regulations
- Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and congressional stakeholders
- Oversee grant administration and budget allocation for veteran services
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program milestones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proficiency in VA-specific systems (e.g., VISTA, CPRS)
- Experience with federal grant management and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- US citizenship required
