Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of federal contracts, ensuring strict adherence to FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) guidelines and agency-specific regulations.
- Manage contract compliance, monitoring deliverables, and preparing performance reports for government stakeholders.
- Collaborate with proposal teams to develop and submit high-quality responses to federal RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
- Maintain accurate contract records, pricing data, and change orders in the SAP system.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients regarding contract terms and scope changes.
- Identify potential risks in contract execution and propose mitigation strategies to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
- Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal contract management or proposal writing.
- Strong understanding of government contracting processes, including the Clause Review process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, or similar contract management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear documentation.
