Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee homeland security programs in compliance with federal regulations

- Coordinate interagency operations with FEMA, FBI, and local law enforcement
- Manage grant allocations and ensure proper utilization of federal resources
- Conduct risk assessments for critical infrastructure in South Florida
- Prepare detailed reports for congressional briefings and senior leadership

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and threat analysis
- Expert knowledge of federal grant management regulations (CFDA)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting
- Ability to obtain and maintain DHS security clearance
