Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program strategies for veteran services across Oregon
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend regulatory compliance solutions
- Coordinate interagency partnerships with federal/state/local stakeholders
- Manage grant allocations and performance metrics reporting
- Conduct stakeholder outreach and community engagement initiatives
- Prepare legislative briefings and executive communications
- Oversee program evaluation and continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal government or public sector experience
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Valid U.S. government security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proven project management with PMP or federal certification preferred
