Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-agency homeland security initiatives and compliance programs
- Analyze policy impacts and prepare detailed compliance reports for federal stakeholders
- Manage grant allocations and ensure adherence to OMB guidelines
- Develop program metrics and track performance against KPIs
- Facilitate interdepartmental communications and stakeholder briefings
- Conduct risk assessments for program implementation
- Maintain strict confidentiality for sensitive federal data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal government or contractor experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Expertise in federal grant management and compliance (2 CFR 200)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical writing and briefing preparation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote setting
