Responsibilities
- Research and analyze local, state, and federal policies affecting Charlotte's development

- Monitor legislative changes and assess potential impacts on municipal operations
- Engage with community groups and public officials to gather input
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Deep understanding of North Carolina state governance structures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
