Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal programs ensuring full compliance with VA regulations and OMB directives
- Analyze program effectiveness using data analytics and recommend evidence-based improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver veteran services across Colorado region
- Prepare detailed compliance reports and budget documentation for congressional review
- Manage stakeholder relationships with federal agencies and community partners
- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency
- Conduct program audits and implement corrective action plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Expert knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and grant management
- Proficiency in federal reporting systems (e.g., MAX, FPDS-NG)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional written communication for policy documentation
