Responsibilities
- Analyze contract performance metrics and submit weekly status reports to federal stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal regulations, policies, and procedural guidelines.
- Manage and organize all contract documentation, including deliverables, invoices, and compliance records.
- Conduct internal audits and quality assurance checks to identify areas for process improvement.
- Coordinate closely with program managers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
- Prepare clear and concise presentations for executive briefings and government reviews.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in government contracting, administrative support, or project coordination.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to pass a background investigation, drug screen, and security clearance process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software applications.
