Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of federal government contracts and projects.
- Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, including FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and agency-specific policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including government officials and internal teams.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports, budget analyses, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing federal contracts or working within a government contracting environment.
- Professional Project Management Certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, verbal, and written communication skills.
